Basketball: Sprite Triple Slam activation sets IMSU aglow
Students
of Imo State University (IMSU) were treated to a day of exhilarating
fun when the Sprite Triple Slam activation took over the campus
auditorium recently.
The auditorium was fully packed with excited students who were eager
to experience Sprite Triple Slam and showcase their skills in
Basketball, Music and Dance. As the floor opened for students, there was
an amazing display of unique Basketball skills. Students who displayed
exceptional dunking skills were rewarded with
cool Sprite branded items.

Sprite also gave students the opportunity to participate in a
freestyle rap contest. Short-listed freestyle Rappers were rewarded with
Sprite branded bottles, sling bags, backpacks, headbands and wrist
bands. The Sprite branded items were also awarded to those students who
showcased brilliant Dance moves.
Speaking on the Sprite Triple Slam activation, Senior Brand Manager,
Flavours, Coca-Cola Nigeria Limited, Toyin Nnodi described Sprite as a
youth-oriented platform, which encourages youths to express themselves
in the three passion points of Basketball, Music and Dance.
According to Nnodi, the Sprite Triple Slam activation in Imo State
University had so far the highest attendance in the activation held this
year.
To end the successful event was the star performance by the much
anticipated, award-winning artiste Kiss Daniel, known for his
chart-topping singles, “Woju. And “Laye”. His performance of these 2 hit
songs, got the excited crowd singing and dancing along to the
well-known lyrics, thereby ending the event on a high note.
